How do I receive my digital products after purchase?

Immediately after checkout, you will receive a download link via email. You can also access all your purchased sample packs, plugins, and presets through your Cymatics account dashboard.

What is your refund policy on digital downloads?

Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues or accidental duplicate purchases, please contact our support team within 14 days.

Are the samples and loops 100% royalty-free?

Yes, all samples and loops included in our packs are 100% royalty-free. This means you can use them in your commercial music productions without having to pay any additional fees or royalties to Cymatics.
